My Role:

I work within the Service Desk at Osiris as an Apprentice IT Engineer, this involves being a direct point of contact for our clients, resolving their queries and helping to support their IT systems. I primarily look after our Education client-base.

My Experience and Values:

I started off my career path in sales but decided to switch to IT after an extended period off due to the infamous event of 2020! I realised I wanted to do something I was passionate about and have been lucky enough to start with Osiris in October of 2020 and I am thoroughly enjoying myself every day!

Life Outside Osiris:

Outside of work I would say I’m a bit of a thrill seeker, I am a qualified Scuba Diver having dived in Egypt and Thailand, I climbed a mountain in Romania on my own two feet but also rode a motorcycle up one in Thailand. If there’s any chance to do something fun then you can count me in and I plan on having more adventures in the future! When I’m not doing that however you’ll usually find me in front of a computer or watching my favourite movie for the 100th time!
